1. Remove the pipeline
Remove the existing pipeline from the sink, and remove the blockage. Unless it is installed in a new house, the drain sluice pipe should be removed first, and the pipe dredging device should be used to clean the pipe. Here special reminder that making sure to dredge the connection between the horizontal drain pipe and the sewage pipe.
2. Put the washer
Put the rubber washer under the flange of the sink, and then pass the flange of the sink through the drain of the sink. If the sink is not suitable for the rubber washer, you can use water pipe putty to seal under the flange of the sink. At the same time, the diameter of washer needs to be 90mm. If it does not match with the flange of the sink, you need to contact the agent to purchase the adapter.
3. Install the hook
Use the parts provided in the box to attach the hook component to the sink. Press the rubber washer, metal backing ring and fixing collar further on the flange of the sink, and tighten the assembly screws until the entire installation assembly is firmly connected to the sink.
4. Install the food waste disposer drain pipe and drain gate pipe.
When installing the drain pipe, you must first put the metal flange and rubber gasket on the drain pipe head to prevent leakage. Before installing the kitchen food waste disposer, first drill a 33mm diameter hole on the kitchen workbench or sink, and drill it in the most convenient place to use, and remove the support nut of the button device, then put the button device into the hole just drilled, and screw on the support nut.
5. Make the connection
Connect the garbage disposal machine and the pendant group, and use the "quick lock" to hook the mechanical device. Then use the 6.3mm end wrench or the hex wrench that comes with the machine to lock the kitchen garbage disposal firmly.
6. Install the power supply part and air switch of the home garbage disposer.
First cover the sink plug, and fill it with water, and then remove the plug to allow the water to drain. If there is any leakage, it needs to be repaired in time so that the household waste disposal can be used.
